1.0 Introduction<\/p>\n
The Royal Heritage Museum Trongsa is pleased to invite proposals from interested and eligible hoteliers based in Trongsa for the leasing and operation of the Museum Caf\u00e9 located within the historic Trongsa Museum premises.<\/p>\n
This initiative aims to enhance the visitor experience by providing a high-quality dining facility that reflects the unique cultural heritage of Trongsa.<\/p>\n
2.0 Objective<\/p>\n
To select a qualified and experienced hotelier to manage, operate, and develop the Museum Caf\u00e9, ensuring:<\/p>\n
A welcoming atmosphere for museum visitors.<\/p>\n
High standards of food quality, hygiene, and service.<\/p>\n
A diverse menu that includes local Bhutanese cuisine.<\/p>\n
3.0 Eligibility of Applicants<\/p>\n
Interested hoteliers must:<\/p>\n
Be registered with the Royal Government of Bhutan and possess a valid business license.<\/p>\n
Have a minimum of three (3) years of proven experience in the hotel or restaurant industry.<\/p>\n
Hold a valid Food and Beverage Service License.<\/p>\n
Be financially sound and submit relevant financial documents.<\/p>\n
4.0 Submission of Proposals<\/p>\n
Eligible parties should submit their proposals containing the following:<\/p>\n
Technical Proposal: Company profile, experience details, operational plan, proposed menu, and staff credentials.<\/p>\n
Financial Proposal: Proposed monthly\/annual lease amount and a brief revenue projection.<\/p>\n
5.0 Deadline for Submission<\/p>\n
proposals must be delivered to the address below on or before [Date:15th November, 2025] by [Time 4:00 PM].<\/p>\n
The envelope should be clearly marked: “PROPOSAL FOR LEASING MUSEUM CAF\u00c9 \u2013 Ref. No. [Your Ref. No.]”.<\/p>\n
6.0 Pre-Submission Meeting<\/p>\n
A pre-proposal site visit will be held . Interested hoteliers are strongly encouraged to attend to view the facility and seek clarifications.<\/p>\n
